Dream Center Evansville's Affordable Christmas event provides brand new toys
at yard sale prices for families to purchase for their children. We serve the city
of Evansville with over 2,000 toys, and all proceeds benefit Delaware Elementary!
Last year Dream Center Evansville was able to provide a shopping experience for Delaware parents to pick out gifts for their kids for Christmas at drastically discounted prices – just $2 each. This year, due to the COVID-19 crisis, and in the interest of preserving public health, all* shopping will take place online. Our donors have donated over 1,000 brand new toys and other fun things, and we hope every Delaware parent can take part! This is for all Delaware students!
HOW WILL THIS WORK?
Shopping will open to parents of Delaware students on Saturday, December 11 at 9am; it will open to the city at large on Monday, December 13 at 9am, so you’ll want to do your shopping before that point. The store can be found by clicking the “Shop Now” button below.
Parents must provide the names of the students they’re shopping for during the checkout process in the comments field. Parents may purchase up to three gifts per student who attends Delaware. As a reminder, gifts are available only for students attending Delaware Elementary School. Parents will need to make a separate order through the online system for each student.
WHEN DO I GET MY ITEMS?
Shoppers who purchase their items by midnight on Sunday, December 12 will have their orders picked and, generally, delivered the week of Monday, December 13. Our last day for gift deliveries will be Saturday, December 18. Parents will have the option to select a delivery date and time during checkout.
WHAT ABOUT PAYMENT?
Parents have the option of paying with a credit card or paying with cash by selecting “Cash on Delivery” at checkout. If financial assistance is needed, we ask parents to note that during checkout, and select the “Cash on Delivery” payment option. A Dream Center staff member will reach out to discuss financial assistance. If you select the “Cash on Delivery” option, we’ll collect that payment when we deliver your gifts. If you won’t be home when we deliver and need to make special arrangements to pay, see below.*
