Changing Lives

The Dream Center makes a difference in the lives of hundreds of children in this indifferent world. Our facility located at 16 W. Morgan Avenue, children have a place they can identify with and be a part of a positive atmosphere that helps them realize their dreams for today and tomorrow.

The Dream Center offers programming 7 Days a Week which has many different and varied facets.

They include:

• Educational Tutoring
• Mentoring by Peers & Adults
• Answers to Nutritional needs by meals that are provided
• Intorductions to new and different recreational venues and opportunities

Since these children are at risk and little to no income, it is necessary to address problems such as

• Delinquency
• Substance abuse
• Literacy

The family situations of these children are not good and in most cases can cause an negative impact and potentially destructive behavior. The Dream Center offers several programs to combat negativity, and promote positive attitudes and change.
